Hey i have a friend who wants to go to college but cant get the funds to do so, any of you know of any schollarships for some art or photography colleges or know of any way she can achieve this goal of hers

This is terrible. But read on.
At N.I.U. I had a friend who lied about having a dissability. He said he was deaf. Not only did he get grants and discounts, but he also got free room and board on campus and free classes on reading lips and sign language. Most of his college was free.
The only catch. He had to act deaf.

if he can not afford it, then am i right to guess his parents can not either? if so, then he can qualify for federal help.
but in the end, you can not get away with not taking out loans. i am still paying on mine, damnit
