Yeah. it's pretty shocking.
i am curious as to what the cause was.and luckily it was only 6 deaths. could have been worse.

i'd say it was the rush construction especially as it was a sectional collapse but I'm not a civil engineer so what do I know............

yeah, they heard and saw cracks already early in the morning, so they already locked up the place. There were mainly officers/workers..

there's really a group of people responsible i guess. even the airport itself. At the opening of this terminal (only a year ago, 2E is brand new) the opening ceremony had to be postponed twice for the construction was not declared safe by security authorities.
The airport staff wanted it to open as soon as possible however.
needless to say they had better be patient.
(on a diff. note: the TV news said there's 5 killed, all travellers; this morning however, other news source spoke of 6 dead, all officers/personnel)

That's crazy. I can't believe there'd be poor-construction, or a "rush-job" on a prestige project like this.
