Is it possible to do overflow: scroll without having bottom scrollbars show up?

decrease your margins for that class. Also, watch your text wrap setting. Also, peak at other people's css sheets (maybe even NTs!)

Its weird. Even if the content fits well within it it still has the area for the scrollbar without the draggable part. What text wrap settings are you refering to?

Also, you don't have to use div tags for everything, contrary to pop-belief.
