wonder if anyone can help me. this has to be simple...
i've got a CMYK# file with a spot pantone colour as an extra channel. now,how can i convert this to CYMK, and still keep my Pantone colour, and the information kept in that channel?
any attempt leads to huge white spaces. pah.
would appreciate any tips.

IN your channels--> new spot channel. select color/opacity/etc. hit ok.
Are you printing the spot channel?
