good luck! after a week of looking at no-fee crap i ended up having to extend my flight and go with brokers.
but alas i have two different places in work, now i just have to decide which.

NYC is such like this. Pain in the ass. I just stuck it out until I found something only to move out years later.

welcome to NY the world of crappy apt's and mean brokers

I'm leaving my place in the Bronx in August. Granted it's the bronx, it is next to Fordham, and little italy.

It's a 1 BR, basement, I think it'll be 728 a month next year, no utilities.

If anyone is interested I think my neighbor is moving out. Its a Huge 2 bdrm in Spanish Harlem on Lex between 108 and 109. No broker needed, well at least I didnt have to deal with a broker.

Good point Tara - lots of yuppies and frat boys...but - then again, you are just one stop on the PATH from manhattan and hoboken is a food lovers paradise. :-)
