mwah. bit harsh. i'm sorry. but you're not a professional nor am i and you (especially since you have experience) should be carefull giving advice. if people ask me i'll tell em what i would do or what i'm used to do but never what they should do. the artist is the expert and he/she should take care of the tattoo aftercare program because he/she knows everything incl. allergic reactions from specific pigments, ointments etc. etc. to give an example, a barstool expert advised a friend of mine the use of a specific ointment which caused a heavy allergic reaction and infections which caused the ink to bleed out.

Hehe..I didn't expect the "discussion" either, but I suppose anything is up for debate. Though vitamin AD for tattoo aftercare, per tat artists' advice, is as standard as Mommy's kiss on an owie.
