Does anyone know of a site that lists what is being zoned and planned in your local area?
For example - How could I find out what is going in the new shopping center right down the road?

Usually, you would look at who it is that is developing the property. They usually put large signs next to the road that say what company is developing the site. For example: http://www.ColumbiaPropertiesInc…
Find out and just contact that Builder/Developer.

you could also search the economic development department in your area.
