Thai food is quite easy to do. Using lemon and lemongrass (citroengrass some places) is nice with some soft chicken and coconut sauces. Easy once you get the hang.

lasagna. easy to make, customize it by making your own sauce, fills you up, leftovers for days, sure to please everyone. serve with a nice salad and some gelato for dessert.
