redwood, i mainly make promotional stuff for nightlife events and occasionaly i make 3d objects. I am not aware if there is a large offer for pure 3d designers...
Real sculpture... it would be a dream, i once, back in the days when was still painting, started makin one out of polystyrene 4 meters high. It was a disaster. The idea was like illegal graffiti to put it at night in a famous open-air museum in antwerp, an illegal sculpture... the whole project found its fundin at a new cultural tv show at "canvas". It was a dream that came true, but they had deadlines... the premiere of the show wanted media attention through this project, the director really worked on my nerves, it wasn't totally finished when he wanted me to put it in the park, big fight... they started making the first shots in the "atelier", afterwards when we tried to move it the whole thing collapsed... the director almost had a nervous breakdown and me was happy that it didn't make itself to the open air.
I still hope i could realize this in the future, who knows...

rizon, I'm not sure about zedz exhibits, but on the subject of reallife 3d graffiti this might be of interest:
sculpture designed by zedz, to be built at a school playgound this summer. I did the renders and the 3d model for the company that's going to build it. it'll be executed in steel. note that the 90 degree angle design is not out of economic reasons, that's simply what the zedz boy is into these days. but of course it'll be a whole lot easier to build than the crazy organic stuff.

btw this thing's gonna be 2m in height and 6.5m in width. so it'll be too heavy to steal.
