Have you been unemployed for now?
6 fucking months now for me. Doing freelance, but nothing close to a full time salary.
I'm really starting to get discouraged. Anyone see any positive signs in the job market?
Fucking Bush!! Please help the world out and get that fucker out of office in Nov.
Sorry rant over.

what are you talking about? Bush has plenty of work for you: cleaning up oil spills, fighting in the military, working in nuclear plants and chemical factories, etc.

Not that I love Bushie, but, it really isn't Bush, it's the state of many things. When Clinton was leaving the economy started to fall, it's cyclical IMO. Besides, it all depends on where you live and what you are trying to do. I went UE for like a year and then had 3 offers in a two week span.

JazX is right, you cant base the economy's problems on bushy bush, because our economy isnt based one man, it is based on you buying more shit, SO GO BUY MORE OF IT!

I hear it's not how long the job that you have, it's all about the girth of it.

You can usually increase the size of your job and maintain it with rings.
Some people use pumps and herbal supplements. I like rings.

I don't know much about economics, but when people refer to it as cyclical, I can't help but become skeptical. That term seems like a cop-out. I'm sure the economy doesn't HAVE to work in a cyclical fashion.
