what's the most unprofessional thing you've seen a supplier/client do?
just went thru 3 weeks of faxing, calling and corresponding for nothing but a lot of anger.
how can one company have a different person each time to answer the sales line, lose 2 of the customers REfaxes, quote higher each time for raw materials of which dimensions they can't ever seem to get right?
To top it off, when I called them 'unprofessional', the manager called back and was fuming at me for calling their company "small and unprofessional". I told him, "I didn't say your company is small, but I said that it was unprofessional. What do you expect when blahblahblah (see gripe above)"
Thanks to that arsehole I have managed to delay everyone else on the project for three weeks only to tell them that that company is telling us 'no stock'.
If he'd had balls I'd kick it up his throat.

got a php programmer who absolutely INSISTs that the problems we were having with the database was because of the hosting service. He refuses to believe anything else.
I caught him twice with his own code errors after he harassed the hosting provider into no longer responding.
I finally moved to another provider to accomodate him. The last straw was yet another error on his part, insisting again that the hosting sucked.
I found out it was his code again... That was the last straw, not only is he fired but I may actually have to smash his knee caps over this.
