Does anyone know how to simulate a control-click purely on the keyboard?

Good question! I'll try to do ctrl+enter does not work, althougth I see the menu small icon on the pointer...

Annoying isn't it, especially as there seem to be so many really well thought out keyboard shortcuts for OSX. I can't believe it's not possible, someone on here must have the skills.
