Does anyone know of any issues with right aligned text and getting the .textWidth value?

export as 6.
I am not using createTextField to create the text field. Just seems to get a different value .textWidth for left and right aligned dynamic text with the same string.
I'll use createTextField and see if that sorts it.

it's possible. altough left & right aligned Static text will have the same width, when dealing with Dynamic text there are differences. Have you set your textfield.autoSize="left"; ?
