How do I make my desktop
background a specific solid color?Thanks,

Yeah, I know that... but where is the option to select a *custom* color. I see only 10 colors there.

so long as its low res and a jpg or tif, it'll work......photoshop would be best...

right click the desktop, then properties, the desktop, then color

there is a color wheel that lets you enter in RGB values.
you just click on the color in the desktop preferences tab
