Florian Fischer, one of the riders in the movie I posted above, passed away just 24 years old.
A very rare and aggressive form of bone cancer has not given him the slightest chance.Ride in peace man.

I haven't been since winter 2023 when I went to Breckenridge. I didn't want to go last year, mainly because the idea of lugging my gear through airports and such wasn't appealing.
My 2022 trip was to Schweitzer Mountain in Idaho, a totally random, un-busy, AMAZING mountain. I need to post some pics of that.
Not going out west this year, but going to do some local trips west of Chicago or in Wisconsin.
- We did a family trip up to New Hampshire 2 wks ago and loved it. First time up there, and super impressed with the mountains. Hope to get to VT in next few mos.stoplying
