I have a couple good friends, one especially, who are Polish women. They are so incredibly cool. I don't know about all of them but they are way cooler and easier to talk to than American chicks.

my grandparents were born in poland, been trying to get polish citizenship but they were being such assholes about it (so i'm moving to australia)

I reckon Prague would be better for a stag do......fantastic place, but more importantly cheap booze!

"been trying to get polish citizenship but they were being such assholes about it"
Polish citizenship will be EU citizenship starting tomorrow (with work permit restraints for 2-7 years in most EU countries). No wonder there's been a huge amount of fake marriages because of that. Local officials tend to be assholes anyways..

Here's an idea: $600 will rent you a river boat with crew, you can load it with up to 100 people, bring your own DJ and party all night on the beautiful Odra River. We've been doing it for a few years with our German DJ friend Klaus

There is a bar aboard, time for a camp-fire on an island break (the crew prepare the place and hand out sausage-frying sticks)
Highly recommended :)

Half Polish myself... My dad was the first one born in America from our fam. Anyone read the Fire and Sword Trilogy? Great read and makes you proud to be Polish.

I was born in Wroclaw,Poland :)
Family moved to USA when I was 3. I visited the homeland when I was 16, came back a different person - for the better ;)

heck, get married in Poland as well as having a stag.
the weddings are a ton of fun and pretty well last from Friday to Sunday.
one of the traditions is going doo to door in the villages with your bride/groom and having a shot of vodka with the stranger who opens the door :)

Polish chicks are well-polished

does that mean if i got polish citezenship and us citizenship and now i belong to the EU. can I go freely as a choose from one Eu country to the next. I might take a road trip and hit up every brewery in europe starting with Lezajsk (my home town which makes the best polish beer)

that was my initial thought...

Yup, you can travel as much as you want cross-borders. Technically, you don't even need a passport, although I don't know how it works for these new countries exactly.
