Would anyone happen to know how one would go about starting a distribution company in Prague while continuing to reside in Los Angeles? I need to from an LLC their, set up a bank account, and will need on to two people stationed their to run the day to day. Any thoughts?

Wow, sounds complicated... You'd have to find two persons you can really trust. That's the most difficult part I think. I myself am not trusty at all, so this would be impossible for me.

Zoning, taxes, and a number of legal benifits and extras that would normally be with held if based in the US or similar regions. Prague is ideal for distribution, (money & tax wise).

The important thing is getting the right people, the right working relationship, communication... and office setup. All the rest is just details...
