sorry if i came came off rude... i guess what i should have said is that it's MTV's job to be super trendy and shallow, you know? it's kind of the name of the game.
personally i think they have a ton of super talented people working with them and i love seeing their work on TV, but if you don't then cool.

I also enjoy watching the MTV stuff most of the time... The MTV Mash clips are pretty well done I think and so are a lot of others... Of, and I'm not talking about the music. Just the titles and stuff.

In my opinion the paint drips used today are symbolic of the graphiti art (drips made by paint spray can) and are not a reference to the 60's paint driping techniques...
