just got back a run of 2000 bus cards that involved some basic trapping of similar spot greens
after a bit of sorting through them, i have found about 75 or so that are showing signs of misregistration (some white poking through ), and weak / lightly hit spot areas ( almost looks like a % of the spot )
this is the first job in general, or with this specific printer where the quality is later becoming questionable for me as i sort through the many units ....
so normal, definately bad job, what ???
any thoughts... i am feeling a bit used and n00bish, despite having printed many things before

I would take a look at your digital files and check to make sure your chokes / trapping are right.... if so, I think it sounds like the printers' fault. 75 is far too many misregistered prints for such a short run.
