I have a graphic in flash that has a tween on it. It loks fine if there if one frame in the movie but if i add more frame the graphic breaks up.
Anyone ever come across this before
- stewart0
press F5 and not F6 when you want to add extra frames to your tween.
- longman0
thanks for the response but i tried that and it dosn't work.
The extra frames don't even have to be on ther same line to mess the graphic up.

owww, now i understand what you try to explain. you're using a "shape" tween, isn't it?
- longman0
no i'm using a motion tween (just rotating an image)
i will show an example on the web give me five

I can't really understand your exact problem, but it sounds like maybe you're rotating this image for one frame? Maybe you're either rotating off axis or you haven't made your image an object prior to putting the tween on it?

"working (one frame)"
??
- kbags0
Is the "image" a movie clip?
- longman0
its a graphic in a movie clip
- kbags0
So the thing in that one frame is a movie clip...and that movie clip consists of a one-frame graphic?
- longman0
here the fla
its working but add a frame on the end see what happens

i'm well confused
- longman0
It does contain one frame with the movie clip and that movie contains 25 frames with the graphic been motion tweened . This works fine however if i add a sec frame to the main movie its fucks up

Give the MC a 99% alpha and see if it helps.
Don't ask... just try ;)

can't open the flash file...
what's your frame rate, and does the movie clip have a "stop" command at the end of the timeline?
- longman0

Replace the bitmap with a vector of the same image, should be smoother and not suffer from the break-up you're getting now. Bitmaps don't like being rotated.
