Trying to export a swf, that uses actionscript to draw an object, into a quicktime movie.
The script is executed on the first frame and when exported, the movie s only 1 frame long.any ideas???

tried it once as well.

you could play it in flash player and then record it with one of those screen capture software thingers (i saw on download.com)
that would work.
does anyone know a better way?

Joshua Davis found a way to do it. Saw him do it once at a seminar but wasn't paying much attention. I'll try to look it up.

With Director - import your swf to a Director file, then export quicktime from there - it will recognize your code for the duration of frames set on the stage in your Director file.

I've used the director method in the past as well. mr_flaco speaks the truth!
