a russian bloke who calls himself a web designer copied and pasted the code of a mate's site... he's already confessed "working very hard" was his excuse!

is more the code and the layout, you can tell in the links section because the links are all still the same, the original designer has collected over the time
the crook had time to change the graphics... I still find it very annoying when this happens
