Guys, tell me what you think about this:
it's a small company's logo that does web development, hosting and networks...

tis ok, but it took me like 30 seconds to figure out what it was... it's an initialized logo. creative, but it looks too abstract. post up some other ideas to compare with!

a bit nasty to be honest.

hard to scale and reuse in diff. media, it is too vertical.
also try to use a bit more imagination in choosing an applying type.

it can be horizontal as well -
at this moment im more concerned with the symbol... i agree that the font isn't the best.

it has potential - one quick tip tho, try to keep the stroke width of the logo mark the same as the typeface, too many stroke weights = ouch!

the mark is too abstract. Its drawn badly, each line has different weight. Why are some corners oval and some square?
Try out some more solutions.

The top of the left ascender post is rounded at the top. It is not relating to the type at all. It seems foriegn being rounded.
In the horizontal logo on the top (the one that includes the word production), it doesn't seem like text is macthing up to any certain points on the mark to the right of it.
