i need a quick and easy answer.
she needs to send me a screenshot jpeg or gif.. lost half an hour trying to explain her as i don't know shit about PC's and their endless list of complications..

jk---there should be a "capture screen" button or something like that near the "home" key.
hit that. then open paint up, and paste. wa-la.

what? just push the "print screen" button, and open paint and then paste. or if you like you can open photoshop, open a new document ( should be the same size as your screen resolution) and paste it in there. ive found that paint makes the colors weird if you save it as a *.jpg in that.
