How about this - we vote for a quote, and the winner gets to be printed. Then, with QBN's supervision we design them? So first - quote, then design.
I might even offer to set up and maintain the whole vote-on-quote thingy?

In other words, you buy the stamps for your own money and put as many as necessary on the t-shirts that you ship over to europe.
