in life, i have found that non-drug users often are addicted to the idea of a moralistic platform
wherby they stand overhead, looking down at something they
both fear and envy and can't seem to wrap their minds around.the truth is, that drugs are a bet with your mind.
some of us end up winning this bet, others don't.
but whether drugged, or drug-free, it doesnt matter how you get there , as many paths lead to each person's final destination. know thyself, have fun along the way and everything else will fall into place nicely.

in life, i have found that drug users often are addicted to the fact that they need something to help them cope with situations in which they cannot wrap their mind around a solution to the problem.
the truth is, drugs are a waste of hard earned money.
Some of us keep our money. Some of us piss it away.
Can we go back to talking about the hippo and your mom?

To random fool:
Knowledge its power..
About that I said, you can check scientifc facts of positive, neutral and negative effects of every drug on the planet. (usually people only know about the negative ones)Like transfatty said, some people succed, some dont..
You mention 5 out of 1000s that are still alive... most of them probably on your cd collection right now.Besides in 1000s of years people have been smoking pot, not even 1 die for it..
marijuana O.D. puts you asleep

if it makes you feel better about the corner you painted yourself in, sure.
i mean, i'm sorry someone in your family, or one of your friends has a substance abuse problem. good luck.

back on topic:
I still don't understand the term in the first post "artificial creativity"....How would being high make something you did artifical? Many times a toke or a drink is all you need to avoid being overly critical of your own work and thus allowing you to progress and even surprise yourself. That being said...getting high is not a necessity for creating a good peice of work, nor is it a necessity for appreciating your own work.
To each his own.

The statement:
"Besides in 1000s of years people have been smoking pot, not even 1 die for it.."
Is a patent lie.
How many people have died from stoned drivers? The number is certainly non-zero, my friend.
Of course, the addict doesn't care; you're not hurt, it's just the innocents that suffer, right?
- BonSeff0
how many people die because of sober drivers that are just plain stupid? of course the idiot doesnt care ...
- TransFatty0
speak with your own words.
you sound like a tape recording.
if you are going to present an argument as to why drug use must be eliminated so we can all be sober in this age of aquarius,
than do so in an intelligent, well thought out way.right now you sound traumatized by the church and/or your parents, and that's never a good foundation for a debate such as this.
- Gorbie0
this whole thread smells like the soiled diapers of born-agains.
- Mimio0

I aint on his dick but TransFatty's opinion rules, I am saving his quote:

People Wouldn't Shoot Up If It Didn't Feel Good...
Come on, we all know that drugs have dangers - from Presccriptions to OTC to Street Drugs, they are all chemicals to change the way your body works or feels.
Some people like drugs - others don't. This is not a moral issue anymore, it's a personal choice or preference.
Drugs don't equal creativity
Nor is creativity absent in those who use drugs...this is a useless thread, no one will change anyone elses mind...
(why'd I waste my time on it then)

rico prolly just finished watching reefer madness....oooh the horror!
smoking a joint here in BC is more accepted than cigarettes for fucks sake...nothing better than a warm afternoon at the beach with beer in one hand and a lil weezy in the other.
