It depends on the city. Tampa isn't a very expensive city to live in, unless you are living on Bayshore or down in Sarasota.
Downtown Savannah is mostly 650k and up for a decent townhouse

my hometown of westminster, md is in the movie For Richer or Poorer.
It was pretty embarassing, because in the movie our town is Intercourse, PA, even though its not.That movie sucked anyway.
