I've got to give the nod to Hitler. These two guys put Slobadans, Husseins, and PolPots to shame though either way. The only tyrant who possibly killed more people, especially his own is Mao.
Hitler I think wins over both though because he actually had the balls to attack everyone else and really pursue his Liebensram (did I spell that right German NT'ers?). Furthermore, he really did implement the final solution. Stalin killed a lot of Jews, but he never implemented anything as systematic, inhumane, and disgusting as Hitler. Go to Auscwicz and you'll understand.
