rather than post a new thread, i'll ask this here:
** Does anyone have a link to hi-res stills from Vol. I or II? I'm having a damned hard time finding them. Thanks!

you could make your own by taking a big fat messy dump and wiping your ass on some toilet paper. he he.
only kidding wolvey, sorry to be a pest, I want my $5 back from blockbuster.
- tileeater0
mybaad, that's David Carradine not Michael...
Why is everyone in this thread behaving like beavis and butthead about this?
Vol. II was a great movie, not as exciting as I but great nonetheless.
- JamesEngage0
pixel frog are you talking about part I or II?
I found it was just slick, clever and entertaining. Although not highly original, but bought kung-fu revenge movies to the masses which it deserves credit for.

I was giving RZA credit for a well made soundtrack - I wasn't knocking it!

pixelfr0g is the living proof of... Well, something. The amount of film illiteracy he shows in this thread is irritating to say the least.

"I was molested often while growing up, I came to watch TV at 22 years old, can't find to like it, don't know, all this violence and all, my life has no story, like most movies."
Excerpt from the book: "I'm just a frog, not a prince"

ha ha 1977 you are funny. Keep believing in your intellectual superiority if it makes you feel good about yourself.
I'm having a little fun with the fact that I'm pissed I wasted $5 on a movie I didn't like.
You are the next Spielberg, I cower in front of your infinite movie wisdom oh great 1977!!!!
smooches
:P

5 bucks on a movie!
you living in the year 1988?
- pkny0
actually quarentino (did i spell his last-name right?) well that not the point.. if anyone is familiar with the old chinese kung fu films.. or just the bruce lee films for example.. all the techniques / the idea of the movie revolves around old chin. kung fu films - there's nothing really special about the movie.. but you get a western interpretation of the chinese kung fu culture..
- Gorbie0
chinese kung fu culture in a japanese setting from an american film maker to a world wide audience.
no wonder his intentions are.....
.....um ........
lost in translation?

*hands you 3 pills of paxil* here...take this.
and i think tarantino is a genious, Kill Bill was just his daring stray from his typical style. disappointing, yes, but beautifully assembled as a film in general.

Kill Bill 2 that is, Kill Bill one was amazing as well, but who doesn't love ultraviolence from tarantino?
