mail & .pac files

    anyone have any experience with Panhters Proxy Auto Config (.pac) files? I can't use Mail anymore now that i cant type a direct proxy, but have to type the path to a .pac-file that i dont have.
    Sorry if this isn't the right forum, but i've searched everywhere.
