anyone know any good books on instructional art?

instructional art, as in, diagrammatical style artwork, the kind of thing you find in 'how to' guides and safety warnings/instruction books for products, stuff like that.
its more often than not, flat art, 1 or 2 colours, its meant to be simple and strong graphically.

re-reading all this, it seems to me you are looking for information graphics rather than Art by Instruction as i've posted before. i've misread "art". :)
