I don't think so, but you know... Right now in Russia the line between legal and illegal is really thin and really blurry.

dunno, i know a good number of people in st petersburg, and while my friends are not a fair cross-sampling of matj rossija, i would still cross myself for a few hours before posting a cc number to a .ru site...

well.. u can use Paypal...
Perhaps a little safer, but then again I also heard stories from people who had problems with paypal.. ( I never have, but haven't used it for over a year now and my CC there is invalid now)
