Flash image scrollbar

Hey i just have a quick question... Does anyone have any quick tutorials for making an easy scrollbar in flash, but rather then use the scrollbar component, i want to make a graphic as the bar you pull up and down, and i dont want to have up and down arrows.
Any suggestions?

scrollbars and easy don't really go well in the same sentence when flash is concerned. http://www.flashkit.com

That kind of thing isn't really quick or easy, so I'd suggest building what you know first, and then twiddling with it to get it to where you want it with some new methods and whatnot.

browse around these sites and you will find more than a few examples to work from...mind that the tutorial is using up to date (mx +) actionscript and whatnot...
