    Whatever happened to good customer service. By allowing the monopolies to dominate are we jeopardising quality of service. I think so. Telcos are some of the worst, 15 minutes on hold to them, being charged for the call, then you finally get through to some smug spotty git with a fat attitude almost saying "well, sir, what choice do you have, maybe you should use 2 cans and a piece of string if you don;t like our service"
