Yeah but it concerns me when people want to be percieved like this. That this shit obviously works.

I like the fact that I dont like it, because there are aspects I do like, or rather appreciate. And yet it is still overwhemingly pants. But of course, we all appreciate pants.

'like' is subjective in it's subjectivity?
Is that comment lacking in direction to be included in this thread?
- stimuli0
I think that more often than not.
- rasko40
Put your mind to the subject of pants in order to find enlightenment, for we all know what we like in a pair of pants and more importantly, what we do not want in a pair of pants.
- rasko40
which also brings up the issue of superficial design and content management, not to mention accessibilty and usability.

JamesEngage, would you say this website is better than yours, if not why???
- rasko40
nice angle phatlee, remove any possibilty of pure controversial antagonism by placing the engage in a position of self compromise and subjective thought.
Good lawyer skills, nice. DOnt forget to ask him about his pants.

:P

i'd say they are promoting themselves in the field in which they operate, and we are doing likewise, the two are very different beasts.
- rasko40
are you therefore saying that they are both in fact beastly?
- phatlee0
is yours better in terms of usability and styling.......??
- JamesEngage0
styling? they are different brands, so again incompariable...
our usability is also different, this is one of core services and not theres, so again they are completely different we use usability as a sales tool as much as a presentation tool.
- phatlee0
yadda yadda yadda.....
...cant you just say its shit...
- JamesEngage0
no, because i don't think it is.

Arn't we drifting off topic..the issue was to do with bullshit speak wasn't it?
Phrases like 'paradigm shift', etc..the obvious use of that sort of language which seems prevalent on that site.
- JamesEngage0
yes we are, i was saying that every site has some form of 'speil' in one way or another.
- ********0
But it's the way that 'speil' is delivered
- JamesEngage0
yep... and I haven't got a problem with their speil... you could say st. lukes had a lot of it... but it made for a very creative and succesful business and working environment
- rasko40
but its so repetitive, other sections merely mirror what has already been said. that and the site hasn't been tested on a mac properly and the small client logos are a shabby mess and iframes appear occasionally with scrollbars where not necessary.
looks like what could have been a good idea sloppily executed and poorly copy written in my opinion.
