I love it. Go Al!

Unfiltered in the morning is really great. Chuck D is the man.

There are so many commercials it's ridiculous. Also, the Randy Rhodes woman seems smart but she has the most annoying voice ever.
- mrdobolina0
Al Franken is hilarious when he debunks Rush Limbaugh every single day.
- xaoscontrol0
we don't have it hear yet....he was being interviewed here on the radio a couple of weeks ago..he said they would be coming to Atlanta soon...but I haven't seen anything...
Al was on Dennis Miller about a week ago too....that was interesting...two former SNL guys basicly on opposing sides on the political teeter-totter

no radio allowed where i work......f**king dictators
- HYNESIC0
This network hasn't folded yet?
- jevad0
are you kidding - its ratings are through the roof
although I kinda feel like its preaching to the converted
- HYNESIC0
Thru the roof? They only have 26 stations.
"It's a format that best succeeds, according toone critic, 'in cities that have large universities or (are) political hotbeds, such as state capitals.'"
- mrdobolina0
Yep, they are expanding to more cities weekly. Although, it is amazing that it hasnt folded yet. Dems generally werent the talk radio type in the past. But when you get people like Chuck D involved, you can tend to sway listeners to give it a try. That is how I started listening to it.
- mrdobolina0
People of all walks of life are starting to see thru the rhetoric of jagoffs like Limbaugh and O Reilly.
- jevad0
ooooh what I could do locked in a room with those 2 bastards.....
- xaoscontrol0
they had finacial probs in the beginning but they got it worked out....I tried to listen to it on labor day but was never near my computer...waiting for the archives section to open up...keeps saying 'coming soon'...
Based on what I've heard, I anticipate that it's essentially the liberal answer to rush/hannity radio which has seemingly dominated the airwaves. I don't have an issue with that. I'd say for far too long have the liberal folks had to get pissed off at what rush/hannity spews out while the neo-cons nod thier heads in agreement. The liberals have heard what conservative radio has said for years...now the world will get to hear what liberal radio has to say. I think it will even things out some.
When I hear it, I'll make a decision.
- mrdobolina0
Air America blows the whistle on Conservative pundits, all the time. Its fucking great.
I wouldnt be as against conservatives as I am, if they would just stick to fiscal responsibility and stop telling people that their religion is the right way to run a country.
This admin forgot all about fiscal responsibility.
Someone needs to say this shit.
- xaoscontrol0
George is really the only republican in my lifetime tat I know of that's 'come out of the spiritual closet'. There's book out about that whole GW and God topic. That's a totally different topic, though. I won't get into that one here......enuff tangents.
I'll listen to AA when it comes to ATL
- iDp0
listened to it when it first went live and couldn't fing stand Franken. Pretty much all of the people annoyed me on there. Didn't listen to Chuck's show yet. Maybe I'll give it a go again.
- gruntt0
great, now i'm going to stay up even LATER!
11:00 Daily Show (comedy central)
11:30 Al Franken Factor (sundance channel)
- mrdobolina0
Franken is alot more tolerable than Hannity or Rush or O Reilly.
At least he is funny.
