Almost Hopeless

  checking out the latest job postings like this one:

  "we are looking a freelancer. must have strong flash skills; strong understanding of AS, as well as xml. design sense a must. "

  They're asking for so much these days, I feel so discouraged. Perhaps the people who are getting the jobs are simply genius's...but after effects and flash are hard enough to be good at..adding XML and advanced programming is enough to make me give up.

  Sure sucks being sub-par.
