lock IE in fullscreen?

    we need to have a PC with IE running for a digital media installation so that we can show off an interactive website. is there any easy way to prevent users from CTRL-W'ing or ALT-F4'ing or F11'ing and generally just making life difficult? We need the keyboard active so that they can make searches.
