Little help please

    Hey, I just set up this online store through Paypal. The only problem is I can not control The S&H. Say I have my dropdown menu that includes the S&H for us, overseas, and can/mex. Now if the buyer buys more then one item they are charged the S&H over and over again. Am I missing something here. Any help would be great thanks.
