haha!
btw Gorbie, do you think apple cinema displays are accurate enough for print work?
- pepe0
ive used an apple display for print and have been happy with the results

that rotis face is very nice

I've never used one, so I can't say. But I could say that having a wide monitor would work well when working with facing pages.
I'm kind of a CRT guy myself, but I've been using my powerbook a lot lately, and it seems to look great.

just be careful with color, but i uges that holds for any monitor...

The rotis thing was me fucking around with somebody in an older thread.
It was supposed to be a joke - but I like the results so much I'm thinking of doing the whole set.

I remember that thread- people ragging on rotis for no good reason.
Here's a thought-- do DIN rounded instead, and give it to me.

Hey Rand, I posted DIN Rounded a while ago in the fonts you want thread, cause you said early on that you were looking for it.
(bottom of page)
...tho Gravur seems to have a lot in common with DIN

I remember that, but i don't think it's for sale, is it?
- Gorbie0
I guess not(?) I thought it was - maybe the links to FonFont threw me.
