I am so sick of working on shit jobs, why do I keep getting them?! Been working at this company for seven years now, do you think it's time to move on?
Comments, suggestions appreciated . . .

yes. yes you should. change is good. you can always find a bland ass design job again if it doesn't work out, but if you don't you will never know anything else. godspeed.

This is the only design job I've had since graduating . . . seems strange that I haven't really thought of there being another world 'out there' . . .

yeah, unless you've got a wife and kids, which case you might think about how long it'd take you to find another suitable job. i wouldn't stay at a shit job for over 6 months, life's too short to work on shitty projects or with shitty people.

Well, 7 years are way too many years if the company's shitty... Time to move on.

ive been in the same job for 7 years too. i'm looking to get out.
only thing that keeps me sain is the freelance work i do.
7 years is too long.

Yeah, well my attitude towards my co-workers has begun to suffer, and I think my work is not really improving at all. Boredom really does stifle creativity.
