Ok, this might sound stupid but its driving me crazy, I cant figure it out and its slowing me down..
I cant see the selection black bar that you usually see on any other software when I select text, I think Im still selecting text but it doesnt show me from where to where..
I look on the illustrator help to see if there is an option to turn that on and off.. no luck, I also checked on the preferences, anybody knows how to get it back to normal?
Thanks

I have run into this a few times, although like many other issues I think I have with Adobe products... it seems to fix itself before I can turn my head to ask someone if they're experiencing teh same thing. I would suggest a restart or two, maybe rub your tower a little differently... counterclockwise, I don't know. All I know is that I know exactly what you are talking about, but it's not doing it to me now. Sorry, could have just said that.

I never had this happening before on Illustrator 10.. or earlier versions..
I did restart my computer, (Told her bedtime stories, rub her tower, ask her politely to fix it, etc)
