Hi, a few things. I'd like to watch some of your work but the server is very slow. I didn't wait for all the loading to be done... And I think you'll better try to find a host without these ignoring popups... It will make your work look more professional... The main layout is ok I think.

yeah, the main bit with your work is quite nice. Work looks good – what I could be bothered waiting for anyway and I'm on a 1mb connection. The background and menu on the left need more consideration – looks like your little sister did them. Also, the POPUPS, omg, the popups. Very 1990's.
