it looks like they used AfterEffects to create the effect and imported the video into Flash.

If you're talking about the pixel stretch it's an ugly effect and over-used.

JamesEngage on here did something like that a while back as an experiment.. pixel stretch or something, just in flash with AS (no AE)

1.move mouse to the orange 'find' button directly below me. click on it.
2.type in Flash Bitmap Stretch
