Best burning program?

  wots the best cd writing program for win XP...im mainly interested in burning VCD's...but nero is gettin to me(in the bad way)

  Depends - for whole disc images only, I'd recommend DVD Decrypter. Lovely program. And free too! Other than that, I use Nero for everything else.
