i'll suggest that only the first two movies made were worth watching. Return of the Jedi sucked. Remember the fuckin' ewoks? Fucking stuffed animals with spears. It's all gone south since Han was thawed out.

I'm a die hard fan and haven't bothered to read the rest of the thread, so if I'm reapeating something someone already said, I apologise:
The only redeeming things the original series had was good effects, harrison ford and alec guiness.

Whenever I see those 2 movies I feel like I'm watching Lucas' mid-life crisis on screen. they're horrible and I hope that someday after he's gone someone at Lucasfilm has the balls to do a sequel trilogy and redeem the series...I also wouldn't mind someone doing "Special Editions" of the prequels someday. Unlike the classic trilogy these movies actually NEED edits.
