  I used to have appleworks and i loved it, nice and simple. You could get M$ office but thats expensive.

  or you can download OpenOffice.org

  I just downloaded Mellel
  http://www.redlers.com/

  and I love it. but it's not free and i dont know if i like it enough to pay for
