I like everything but that main page, the diamond cut just doesn't do it for me.
Everything else is really clean, easy to read.

it's a little overwhelming on the imagery...
you have a heavy background image - the thick diamond plate metal and lot's of gritty type etc...
... i'm not sure if that's bad, because you do balance it out with some thick solid tones... perhaps you might want to get rid of the gritty font, and go with it's normal version of that font.
I'm not sure if the handwritten links go either... because everything is so 'urban' in approach.
I LOVE the use of the slide to contain the movie. Nice film too, I enjoyed that.

yeah that background was taken by my clients, i actually had a better one but they wanted a grungier look.. this was my original background:

the buttons and the scroller seem a little buggy to me, but the design is nice.
