First tip: Don't buy from fonts.com. They are consistently lame. Most of their fonts are available from the original designer/foundry or better resellers like MyFonts.com and FontShop.com.
2: Try dropping the file on Stuffit Expander.
C: Contact their support.

Oh, four: Did you try running a search for the extracted font file? Maybe it was dropped somewhere other than the place you expected.

Thanks for the tip. I'll get my fonts elsewhere next time. I have searched for the file also and it's nowhere to be found. It will only unstuff into that stupid CA Fonts Unpacker file so I'm going to call them soon. I'll post the answer when I'm done.
That's a pain in the ass to buy a font because you need it for a project and can't even open the damn thing.

Hehe. Yeah, like I say, FontShop, MyFonts, Phil's Fonts...
What font is it, btw?

I had to get Shelley Volante Script for an older project I had. I used to have it but lost it somehow with harddrive crashes, etc. What do you think of that font?

I think it's a pretty nice copperplate script, if a little overused. There are others that are more novel, but not a bad choice. It's too late now, but don't hesitate to ask next time you're looking for fontage. I'm happy to help find the good stuff.

Thanks, that would be cool. I was hoping there was something similar, maybe better and possibly free (since I already owned it and lost it). It probably is a bit overused. If you could be arsed one more time what script fonts would you have suggested?
BTW, I dig your URL, site and the changing header.

Some underappreciated fancy pants scripts:
Anglia - it even has an aged version

http://www.adobe.com/type/browse…BTW, the good stuff is rarely free. Ornate scripts, in particular, require months of skilled development.

Those are nice. Thanks a lot for the help and responses. I may try to submit a name plate or ask your opinion on a font sometime. Thanks.

Nice. Please do. Thanks for the compliments on the site.
