Tofino, BC - been there?

I'm planning a trip to BC this May/June and Tofino was recommended. Anyone been there?

I lived in a tent out there for about three weeks during May, 2000. It was friggin WET. We had to go to the laundry mat every day to dry our stuff, including our sleeping bags, it rained every day, ALL day.
Other than that though it was fantastic! I suggest going during June or July as there will be less rain. It is a beautiful place,

it is great . nuff said. you will love it . you may never leave. even if the weather is bad it is crazy. bring your board !!! kite, bike, skimboard, etc etc etc.

take a trip to wrathtrevor beach while you're there. you can walk a mile in the surf and the water will only be at your knees. i've talked to dolphins there.

Is it warm enough in BC to surf without a wet suit? I know the Maine Costal Water is cold, I can't imagine BC's surf being any warmer judging on geographical location.

whoa, crazy response. I never even heard of Tofino before today.
